Also, I have had several emails and phone calls regarding questsions about where to find costumes or patterns for costumes. So I've included last year's list of links, along with a few photos, to give you some ideas.
Keep in mind, some of the patterns will have to be modified for modesty's sake! Thankfully, this is easily done if you're making your own costume. If you're using a premade costume that winds up being a bit...ahem...low cut, you can get creative by adding a modest chemise underneath or tucking a scrarf in around the bodice.
Though this year's featured Reformer is John Calvin, your costume does not need to reflect Genevan fashion. Feel free to be creative or use what you already have. Choose your favorite period costume, or don't come in costume at all! You could even focus on your favorite country if you'd like! It's up to you.
In fact, here is a good example of a simple Scottish ladies costume that my daughters have made in years past:

I hope we can come. We'll have to wait and see how Kaitlin is and how her counts are that week, it also depends on how things are with the new baby(5 more weeks to go!).
Blessings,
Amanda
